You can ask us at any time to delete your Veranio Lens account and the data that goes with it. You do not need the app to do this.
How to ask
- Send an email to info@veranio.com with the subject “Delete my Veranio Lens account”. Send it from the email address you sign in with.
- We reply to that address to confirm the request is yours.
- We delete the account within one month and tell you when it is done.
To delete only some of your data, such as one property or some photos, write to the same address and say what should go.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in details.
- Your membership of your agency’s workspace and your agent card.
- If you are the only member of the workspace: the workspace and everything in it, including properties, photos, videos and floor plans.
Copies in our backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
What is kept
- If colleagues remain in the workspace, its properties and media stay with the agency. They belong to the agency, which can ask us to delete them.
- Invoices and accounting records, for as long as the law requires (up to 10 years).

Vous pouvez demander à tout moment la suppression de votre compte Veranio Lens et des données associées, sans passer par l’application.
- Écrivez à info@veranio.com, objet « Supprimer mon compte Veranio Lens », depuis l’adresse e-mail de votre compte.
- Nous répondons à cette adresse pour confirmer que la demande vient de vous.
- Nous supprimons le compte sous un mois et vous prévenons.
Sont supprimés : votre compte (e-mail, nom, identifiants), votre appartenance à l’espace de votre agence et, si vous en êtes le seul membre, l’espace et tout son contenu. Les copies de sauvegarde sont écrasées dans les 30 jours suivants.
Sont conservés : les biens et médias de l’agence si des collègues y restent, ainsi que les factures et pièces comptables pendant la durée légale (jusqu’à 10 ans).
